We have had a fun summer so far, Sadie has really grown up and changed so much! She loves dinosaurs so we took her to the new exhibit at the Museum of Nature and Science. She and Daddy play "roar" all the time and she loves to giggle!

She has also hit the "terrible twos", stomping her feet, laying on the ground and crying if she doesn't get her way. She wants to be carried by Mama a lot and in the picture above she is pouting because we told her to walk like a big girl. She loves the word "no" and says it like
naaoo. It is pretty cute :)

Sadie is very methodical and inquisitive. she loves to do puzzles and pour water into anything and everything. She has a great memory and has started to relate places to previous visits.

Sadie has started school two days a week and does well when she is there by screams and cries when she is dropped off or picked up. The teachers swear she is fine and if Amy takes her she is good. I think she has some mommy separation anxiety.
Ok by me, I love to cuddle with my little love bug!

Sadie loves animals and making all the sounds, she thinks that ducks and dinosaurs are the best!

I have had fun with
etsy lately and found some of the cutest outfits for her. She seems to have slowed down in growing and can wear most of the clothes for a while now. I also took a lot of her play clothes to get monogrammed to spice them up! I love having a girl.

She also just moved into a toddler bed, she took a couple of days to adjust, but seems to be doing good now. She piles all her dolls on her bed and tucks them in! I will post pictures of it soon. It made me sad to take the crib down, no more baby :(

Roaring with Daddy! Mike is such a great dad. He plays tea party and puzzles and Sadie adores him. Every morning she says, "where my Dada"
Urrk (work)?

We took Sadie to the
imax, her first movie, at the museum. She did pretty good for 20 minutes. She was
fascinated by the big screen.

For 4
th of July, we went to MP to hang out with my parents and niece and nephew.

Sadie loved feeding Rita her bottle. She loves playing with dolls and to her Rita was even better. She is such a little mama.

Here she is one year ago with my Dad. And below this year! Look how much they have both changed! Dad has lost 30lbs and Sadie looks like a little girl.

The
grand kids, Matthew, Rita & Sadie. Matthew is so sweet with both of them and they just adore him.

Miss Rita is almost 1, she loves to smile and is such a relaxed little baby.

Sadie is "helping" cook. She loves to cook and sneak bites as we go. She stirs and pours and just wants to be in the mix of everything.

We saw a ton of fun creatures in the country. A water frog decided he wanted to swim with us. Sadie loved the grasshoppers and was not so sure of this frog. She loves to "
haop" like the grasshopper and frog.

She loves the pool and swimming. love this picture of the little fish.

My Mom will kill me for this picture, but doesn't she look
AAAMMAZING! I hope I look as good as her in 24 years.

All in all we are having a good summer and are looking forward to more fun in the sun!

Picking fresh eggs from
Bubba's chickens.

It seems every picture of me I look terrible with no make-up! I need to be more aware of that moving forward :)

Thanks Uncle
Bubba for letting us see the chickens and horses!
