This year we went to Vegas to see Grandma June and Papa Ron. Sadie was so excited to visit her grandparents and was pretty good on the plane. We had 6 am flights both ways and with the two hour time difference we were not getting much rest. We stayed at the Red Rock hotel, where we stayed on our wedding night. We laughed about how the room was now covered with baby stuff and reading ABC and Brown Bear, life has changed! Sadie woke up every day at 4 am, good thing about Vegas is that there are restaurants and people up at that hour :)
Ron and June watched Sadie one night so Mike and I could go to a movie (I know we are party animals) and gamble a little. We had a wonderful visit and Sadie had a great time playing with her grandparents and seeing the birds they have.
Sadie is obsessed with this book now, she loves for everyone to read it and sing abc song to her. She will pull your hand and pat the chair for you to sit so you can read it to her.
