Sadie meets her brother

My Dad brought Dodger up to meet Sadie last week. He has been on vacay in the country while we are getting settled. He was a bit confused as to what was going on and kept running around when she cried. Hopefully I will be ready to have him back full-time in a couple of weeks. Until then thankfully he is in great hands with my parents.

Sadie and I are on our own during the day this week, my Mom left on Friday after 10 days of taking care of us and helping us transition. She has gained an inch in height and is now up to 7 lbs, 4 oz. She has also started to have a distinct fussy period from around 11-2am each night. She cries and we can't seem to figure out why. When I asked the doctor he said this was normal, but it breaks my heart. She gets so tired but can't sleep and Mike and I just keep trying different ways to make her relax. During the day she seems to have little problem sleeping, just that late evening feeding and doesn't want to sleep at night. I love the picture above of her sleeping and the one with her paci. She loves to have her hands right by her face with the paci or anytime she eats, it is so cute. We also had some pictures taken on Saturday by a wonderful and sweet photographer, Mallory Womack. She posted some previews of the pictures on her blog www.mallorywomack.blogspot.com Check them out. I can't wait to see the ones she took with Sadie in her hot pink tutu!
