Tomorrow marks the beginning of my 3rd trimester. I am feeling really good, just wanting the summer to be over so she will be here :) I never thought I would wish for my favorite time of year to be done! I am getting bigger by the day and now have an "outie". I will post a 28 week picture below this weekend once we get home.
Over the last couple of weeks we have been getting the room ready for her. We had it painted a light green and the furniture should be delivered next week. Making progress, although it seems so slow. Everyone says it will come fast enough :) I can't wait until it is all together.
Mike and I are going to San Antonio tomorrow for a few day get away, hopefully we will have nice weather. Either way I am looking forward to some R&R with my husband. Mike has never been there since he grew up in CA, so we are looking forward to exploring the beautiful Texas Hill country.
I had a doctors visit today for my glucose screen and got my RH- shot. I got a lecture on not eating sweets because I gained 6 lbs in the last 3 weeks :) Little Miss Z has had quite a growth spurt and is kicking and moving a lot, I love feeling her move. I can't help it if she loves sugar, right?? My Mom gave me her secret to wonderful chocolate chip cookies and I have enjoyed eating a few of them lately. Now I start going every 2 weeks to the doctor, I am excited because it will make the last part go faster. We also have an ultrasound next week, very exciting. I will keep you posted. Thanks for your continued prayers for our family.

yeah for the home stretch...i'm not too far behind you! and i'm looking forward to summer flying by too. for the first time in my life :-) does she have a name yet?!?!
No name yet, we are still working on it. What about you guys? You need to post a picture of you!
we don't know names either. ha. and no way with a belly pic. something about not being happy with my belly BEFORE being 25 weeks pregnant helps me know i definitely shouldn't be showing it off now!
YEAH...you're getting closer! Lucky!! I would for you to post pics of the nursery when your furniture comes in... I know it will be precious. We are starting to look for bedding...I'm in the mood for something a little more BOLD than I did with the other boys. We'll see. Please keep us updated!! I'm trying to come to the shower, so hopefully I'll see you there!
