Crazy Busy Life

This is a long over due post!  Things have been nuts aroung here the last two months.  We sold our house (yay!) and moved into a rental.  If you have ever moved with kids, it is crazy and looking for a house is even crazier! I feel so behind with everything and like I am running a hundred miles an hour constantly.

We are finally getting settled into our new house.  It is much bigger and we are enjoying unpacking boxes that have been in storage for years.  It may take us a year to get organzied and decorated before we have to do it all again :)

Sadie started a new school in Plano, she seems to be adapting well.  She is excited to have a playroom and park close by too.  She enjoyed halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas this year.  She is so smart and sweet.  She loves her sister and mimics everything we do with Eve with her babies.  She has an amazing vocabulary and talks and talks and talks.  She has grown a ton and matured too.  She loved playing sports with Mike and dancing and singing.  She is making up songs and loves art. She had a great imagination and talks to Ariel, Belle and all the princesses.

She is a Daddy's girl.  She wakes up and says "where is my Daddy"   She and he play and play!  It is so awesome to see her love her Dad like I love mine.  She says when will it be Saturday so my Daddy can be home?

(I wrote this when Eve was 4 months old)
Eve is smiley baby most of the time.  She yells all day as her method of talking.  She weighs around 13lbs now and is almost 5 months old.  She pukes a ton, I mean ALL DAY LONG.  It seems to have gotten worse.  I stopped breast feeding hoping that would help, but it didn't.  She is gaining weight so doesn't seem to be a problem but it is annoying to be constantly covered in puke.  Pediatrician says pukers peak at 4 months sooooo hopefully we are getting on the back end of it.  She also refuses to nap during the day, only short cat naps.  She is waking once at night usually.  We are about to start sleep training. She is rolling from back to front and front to back. We also started solids.  She is eating rice ceral and has tried carrots, squash, sweet potatos and bananas.

Eve is now 6 months old.  She has slept through the night for the last 3 nights.  I finally just ignored her and I guess it worked.  She is a happy baby, she smiles and is very interested in everything!  She loves to touch and rub things with her left hand.  When you hold her she just rubs and rubs.  She can sit by herself now and rolls everywhere.  She is so active and you can just tell she will be into everything!
